Get Involved Skills, is an extension of our volunteer recruitment website, Get Involved Norfolk. It aims to provide both volunteers and those working in Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations with easy access to training and development opportunities in Norfolk and Waveney.

This platform seeks to foster a culture of innovation and high standards among volunteer-involving organisations. By offering access to relevant tools, training courses, examples of good practice, and recent research, we hope to help both paid staff and volunteers develop their skills and confidence.

The platform is supported by the Volunteering for Health project which is delivered in partnership with the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB). This initiative highlights the crucial role that volunteering plays in the health and care sectors across Norfolk and Waveney.
