The latest episode of Volunteering Discovery introduces Get Involved Skills – our new online training platform launched as part of the Volunteering for Health programme. This innovative platform hosted by Voluntary Norfolk is designed to make high-quality, inclusive training more accessible for volunteers, those that manage them and voluntary sector professionals. 🎧 In the episode: Laura Holland at Voluntary Norfolk shares the vision behind the platform and how it supports learning across the sector. Lynn Fanning at NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB) explains how bespoke training is being delivered to empower volunteers and carers with practical skills and confidence.

Volunteering for Health is an exciting national programme and Norfolk and Waveney are one of 15 partnerships involved. In this episode we meet Nicky Stainton at Voluntary Norfolk who tells us all about what is underway in Norfolk and Waveney. We're looking for existing training (from your organisation or others you know) that could benefit this community. We’re looking for training that’s free, paid, or subsidised, whether it’s online, in-person, or e-learning.
