Covers common cyber threats such as phishing, scams and ransomware, along with simple, effective steps that everyone can take to reduce risk across your organisation.
Aligned with guidance from the National Cyber Security Centre.

- Cyber Security Basics – what cyber threats are and how attacks happen
- Phishing & Scams – how to spot suspicious emails, links and messages
- Social Engineering – how attackers target staff and volunteers
- Practical Defence – passwords, multi-factor authentication, updates, backups and safe working
- Everyday Risks – using devices safely at home and work, and social media risks
- Quizzes & Scenarios – realistic situations to reinforce learning
- Completion Certificate – downloadable immediately after the course
