Anti-Harassment/Bystander Training

Norfolk Community Safety Partnership are working with the Suzy Lamplugh Trust to encourage organisations and individuals across the county to sign up for the online training and make an important step in promoting women’s safety within the county.

Following a growing national conversation around women’s safety and workplace culture, the Suzy Lamplugh Trust – in partnership with L’Oréal Paris – offers the globally recognised and expert-approved Stand Up Against Harassment training programme, adapted for UK settings.

This interactive programme is free of charge and only 30-minutes long. It equips and empowers participants with practical tools to recognise, safely respond to, and support others experiencing harassment – in public, online, and workplace settings.
